Projectless REPL results in "no such file" error expecting a "deps.edn" file

Steps:

1. Create an empty folder and open that folder in VS Code
2. Create an empty "test.clj" file in the folder and open it
3. Open the Command Palette and run "Calva: Start a project REPL and connect"
4. Pick "Clojure (projectless)"

Error creating jack-in command line: EntryNotFound (FileSystemError): Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'c:\Data\Clojure\Experiments\calva-projectless\deps.edn'
