Describe the bug

Some benchmark files refer to the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0, but point to the LICENSE.txt which contains a BSD 3-Clause "New" or "Revised" License.

Expected behavior

Either update the files to BSD-3-Clause, or add AGPL-3.0-only/AGPL-3.0-or-later to the list of licenses.
