AHDC sample count overrun

I run the lastest version of coatjava and I got these error messages.

I tested it with run 22435, file :

/cache/clas12/rg-l/data/clas_022435/clas_022435.evio.00003

Yes, this is because AHDC started reading out more than the agreed on number of samples a couple weeks ago.
