Custom properties

Custom properties allow you to decorate your repository with information such as compliance frameworks, data sensitivity, or project details.

The team that maintains this repo. Allows us to quickly see what team 'owns' a given repo, and will also allow us to search for repositories in our organization by custom properties values (e.g. team-name).
