I think you can just update the database record, there is the account table where this is stored. role_id 1 is rootadmin. Create a dump before, just to be sure |

Hello Team,
I am a CloudStack administrator. Previously, my admin account had the Root Admin role. However, by mistake, the role of this admin user was changed from Root Admin to Read-Only Admin (Default). Currently i am using cloudstack version 4.19.3.0 .
Due to this change, I am currently unable to perform administrative tasks. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue or help restore the Root Admin role for this account?
Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Shakib Shalim
