Fixed via #691 and is now working in bashly 1.3.6

@tomkyle - you should now be able to install it on Ruby 4.

For others:

Just update – latest Bashly 1.3.6 will work on Ruby 3.4 as well:

$ gem update

For those Homebrew users who nailed their Ruby down to 3.4 like I described in filewatcher/filewatcher#286

$ brew uninstall ruby@3.4
$ brew install ruby
$ gem install bashly

Dont forget your $PATH variable.

Good. As always, bashly releases are expected to work on all non-EoL Rubies, which now means Ruby 3.2 or higher.
