The "MakeCode Arcade" has overlap in portrait mode on Code Evaluation ribbon.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Open https://arcade.makecode.com/beta--eval on iPad.
2.Switch the device to portrait orientation.
3.Observe the "MakeCode Arcade" words on Code Evaluation ribbon.

Actual behavior
The "MakeCode Arcade" has overlap in portrait mode.

Expected behavior
The "MakeCode Arcade" should render correctly without overlap or truncation in portrait mode.
