Strange behaviour with 200 characters warning with project description

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

As you can see, my description is not 200 chars long. But when I type something in that specific line, the warning disappears.

Steps to reproduce

Kinda don't know.
I think the problem is related to the <br /> or the markdown image, but I'm only able to reproduce this with this specific text.
