Faust Authenticate does not work on Safari

Description

White label authentication using Faustjs on other browsers, eg. Edge, works as intended. Attempting to login using using safari (macOS) fails.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone example 'getting-started' repo, or https://github.com/Fran-A-Dev/faust-auth-demo/tree/main white label branch/

2. Connect site address and secret

3. Use Safari to enter credentials and login.

4. After successful login, navigated to a gated or auth required page and see that Authentication was lost.

Thank you for raising this issue. We have tested this on Safari on Mac and cannot replicate the issue unfortunately.
We are also using Safari version 18 and latest MacOS update 15.5 so not sure what might be causing this.

Have you tried this example in other browsers and does it work?

@colinmurphy I have tried on Edge, authentication works as expected. I also tried it with no extensions enabled to no avail. I'm not sure if this helps but my Safari version is specifically: (20621.2.5.11.8)
