Once again there are Sprint 1 files in here which need clearing out.
The comment on fibonacci is optional, I'm not going to insist you act on it for this PR, but consider it for future work

Having this a global and vaguely named is asking for trouble. Maybe call it fibonacci_cache to reduce possible conflicts, or investigate function attributes and make it fibonacci.cache?
