280 character limit on blooms
Problem:
Blooms can exceed 280 characters. User "AS" has a 375-character bloom, violating the limit.
Solution:
Added server-side validation in send_bloom() to reject blooms longer than 280 characters. Returns a 400 error with a clear message.
