[Term Entry] Dart Queue: .first

Description

This PR adds a new term entry for the .first property in Dart's Queue concept.

Changes made:

• Created a new file: docs/content/dart/concepts/queue/terms/first/first.md
• Added an introduction explaining the .first property
• Included a Syntax section with clear return value description
• Provided an Example section demonstrating practical usage of the property, including how to modify the first element
• Added a note about StateError when the queue is empty
• Added a note about the mutability of the .first property
