This PR fixes #356, also related to some additional issues we're seeing on tidyverse/haven#788 after merging the fix in PR #351.
In some cases SPSS produces files that contain MR set definitions with no variables, which is currently causing the parser to fail - see the note in the PSPP MR set docs. This PR makes the sub variables optional.
