  1. 기술은 수단이다, 사용자 가치와 비즈니스 임팩트를 우선적으로 생각한다.
  2. 오버엔지니어링 지양을 핑계삼아 깊이있는 공부를 회피하지 않는다.
  3. 백엔드, 인프라, 프론트엔드 등 분야의 선을 긋지 않고 모두 이해하려고 노력한다.
  4. 더 나아가 함께 일하는 기획자, 디자이너의 생각과 시야도 이해하려고 노력한다.
  5. 3과 4번을 핑계삼아 내 전문분야(백엔드)의 깊이를 회피하지 않는다.
  6. 의사결정은 개인의 취향이 아닌 팀의 합의와 맥락 위에서 이뤄져야 한다.
  7. 구시대의 매너리즘에 빠지지 않고 AI를 최대한 활용하는 관점에서 사고한다.
  8. 직군에 상관없이 이해하기 좋은 단어선택으로 나의 의사결정과 사고과정을 설명할 수 있도록 연습한다.
