Copilot instructions lacked guidance on GitHub's draft PR feature and the transition to "Ready for review" status.

PR Status Management - Added two workflow paths:
Project Status Flow - Updated diagram:
Best Practices - Added: "Create PRs as drafts if work is still in progress, then mark as 'Ready for review' when complete"
Content Workflow - Added conditional step: "If PR was created as a draft, mark it as 'Ready for review'"
Clarifies distinction between GitHub's built-in "Ready for review" and the project board's "Review" status.
