blog: update FrankenPHP benchmark and remove quickstart

• ddev/ddev-frankenphp was updated.
• FrankenPHP quickstart is no longer relevant.

How This PR Solves The Issue

• Updates the blog.
• Removes FrankenPHP quickstart.
• Updates benchmark results (added apache-fpm) from test: use apache-fpm instead of static binary stasadev/ddev-frankenphp-benchmark#2
