/sdk-docs skill for automated SDK documentation generation.

Adds skill for generating user-facing SDK documentation from SDK implementation PRs. Fully automated workflow handles git setup, PR analysis, doc generation, and PR creation.

• Auto-detects doc type from PR changes (integration, config, feature)
• Finds and learns from similar existing docs
• Generates docs following Sentry patterns and MDX standards
• Integrates with sentry-skills:create-pr for PR creation
• Supports troubleshooting and feature/config documentation formats

comparison to /technical-docs skill:

complementary: /technical-docs provides writing style guidance for manual documentation work, while /sdk-docs is a more automated end-to-end workflow that generates SDK integration docs from implementation PRs.
