Bump version to 0.2.17 with fixes for Runware provider: - Fixed NanoBanana2Pro dimensions for non-square aspect ratios - Fixed Seedream 4.0 dimensions (using 2K for all aspect ratios) - Switched to async API delivery with polling - Added resolution parameter for I2I generation
