[WIP] Improved UX for switching modpack versions

Probable problems:
.download-cell on the header cell influencing button with text
ExternalIcon is not be the best fit for navigating to modpack's version page (icon for "link" or "changelog"?)

Tested. works as intended.

drawbacks as of rn:

• removed text from switch button (it gets too wide and breaks visual "harmony" lol), so .download-cell is not a worry anymore
• same icon problem
• clicking on the item does nothing, users will have to either click the switch icon (which is unclear) or the external icon to go to the version page

my ideas:

• make clicking the item do the same as the switch button
• solve icon problem by using a standard "link" icon
• give a little padding to the link button on the right (hovering on scrollbar makes it touch the buttons)

Heyo, thanks for putting this together - appreciate it! Unfortunately though, we're going to close this PR as we've been working on a broader redesign of this flow internally in #5136, which covers the UX improvements you were aiming for. Here's a preview of what that looks like!
