…ow jobs Add .config.prowgen to customize Slack reporter template for OSC periodic jobs, improving message clarity and readability: - Add SUCCESS/ERROR status prefix at message start - Simplify job names by removing "periodic-ci-openshift-sandboxed-containers-operator-" prefix - Maintain link to job logs This addresses stakeholder feedback for clearer CI/CD reporting in #kata-ocp-ci-reports.
