Adds documentation for formatting options feature, explaining that options are required on first draft generation and automatically reused for subsequent drafts (with ability to change).

Changes

  • Created formatting-a-draft.md (sidebar_position: 2.5): Documents formatting options feature, first-time setup requirement, automatic reuse behavior, and what the options control
  • Updated using-a-draft.md (sidebar_position: 3): Retains all original content including the "Previewing a draft" section, with updated navigation position

Navigation Order

0. Understanding Draft Generation
1. Preparing to Generate a Draft
2. Generating a Draft
2.5. Formatting a draft ← NEW
3. Using a draft (includes Previewing section)
Original prompt

Add new section to help about selecting formatting options for a draft. In the navigation order, it should be between "Using a draft" and "Previewing a draft"

Title: Formatting a draft

Explain:

  • Basics of the feature
  • That it's required the first time someone generates a draft, but afterwards the same options are used automatically, but they can choose different options
  • What the options are and what they do

@copilot A few changes are needed:

  1. Get rid of the "previewing a draft" document, and move that content back to where it originally was.
  2. The "Formatting a draft" page should go after "Generating a Draft" and before "Using a draft"
  3. The "Understanding the options" section needs to specifically list what options are available and what they do.

I've completed changes 1 and 2 in commit a68e304:

  • Removed the "previewing a draft" document and restored that content to using-a-draft.md
  • Moved "Formatting a draft" to position 2.5 (between "Generating a Draft" and "Using a draft")

For change 3, could you provide the specific formatting options that should be listed in the "Understanding the options" section? I don't have access to the actual Scripture Forge application to see what options are available in the formatting dialog.
