Updated developer documentation (Themes) and user documentation (Usage) to include guidelines for the new High Contrast mode. Added technical CSS examples for color modes and emphasized adherence to WCAG 2.2 AAA standards.

4.6 (Ask questions):
Added guest permission requirements.

4.7 (Open questions):
Clarified "Answer" (requires FAQ_ADD permission) vs. "Read answer" (Close question setting).

Added info on read-only mode and moderation status (invisible questions) for better clarification.
