This PR refactors the expense.py file in the Expense Tracker project.
Main changes that I made:
Improved code readability and formatting
Added minor cleanup to make the logic easier to follow
No functionality changes—behavior remains the same
These changes should make it easier for future contributors to understand and maintain the code.
