Remove GitHub from the recommended MCP servers list and add guidance about MCP token consumption. The GitHub MCP has high default token usage that can quickly exhaust context, and AI tools already have excellent gh CLI integration built-in. Also update Sentry MCP docs link to mcp.sentry.dev.
